Conversational Designer (CD)
Conversational Designer (CD) will be responsible for delivering the character and personality of the conversation with engaging dialogue. Will collaborate with Conversational Engineer, UX developer and others as needed.
Background and experience:
➡️ Strong creative conversation writing skills
➡️ Ability to customize conversation to specific use cases that uniquely captures the client’s voice and brand.
Conversational Engineer (CE)
Conversational Engineer (CE) will be responsible for translating the conversation flow into usable code within the NLP engine. Collaborates with Conversational Designer, UX developer and QA Tester as needed.
Background and experience:
➡️ Experienced and understanding of with Language Understanding(NLU), Prompt Engineering, LLM, Natural Language Processing (NLP)
➡️ 2 – 5 years of programming in Python, Juypter Notebook, Javascript, Git
➡️ Deep knowledge and experience with API integration with OpenAI, Cohere, Amazon Lex, Google DialogFlow
